How it works
Name the goal
Tell us the one result you want in the next six months: more no-heat calls, more replacements, a fuller spring, or a lower cost per booked job. One goal, not five.
Get a picked shortlist
In the 7-day free trial we audit what you already run and mark each menu item as start now, later or skip, with the reason and the cost. No credit card.
Run it, measure it, adjust it
You approve the shortlist, we run it, and every month we report calls, booked jobs and cost per job by service. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

HVACMarketingServices.ca is a menu, not a package. It lists more than 30 marketing services an HVAC company can buy, groups them into six families, and sorts them by the business goal each one actually moves. You pick by goal, we run what you picked, and every item is measured by what it cost per booked job. We are a marketing and business consulting service for heating and cooling contractors; we don't install, repair or service anything ourselves.
Why a menu beats a bundle
Short answer: bundles sell you what the agency is good at, while a menu lets you buy what your business needs right now. A shop with a full winter schedule and an empty April needs different services from a two-truck startup that needs its phone to ring at all.
Most owners we talk to have bought marketing in pieces. A web designer sold them a site, a pay-per-click freelancer set up a Google Ads account, a review app arrived with the field software, and nobody connected any of it to booked jobs. The result is a monthly spend spread across four vendors with no single view of what works.
A menu fixes that in three ways:
- You see everything that exists, including services nobody has pitched you yet, such as maintenance-plan renewals or rebate pages.
- Each item has one job. If it doesn't serve your current goal, it waits.
- Everything reports in the same unit: calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job.
The six service groups
Short answer: six groups cover the whole menu, from getting found to keeping customers. Each group has its own page explaining what is included, how long it takes and how we judge it.
- Google Business Profile, local SEO and reviews: map-pack visibility, service and community pages, citations and a steady review flow.
- Local Services Ads and paid search: pay-per-lead ads at the top of Google, search ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and retargeting.
- Call tracking and lead handling: tracked numbers, call scoring, missed-call text-back and booked-job reporting.
- Maintenance-plan and customer-base marketing: plan design, tune-up campaigns, renewals and reactivation.
- Rebate, financing and replacement marketing: dated rebate pages, aging-equipment campaigns and financing messages from licensed lenders.
- Websites, content and conversion: the site, the landing pages and the testing that turn visits into calls.
The services hub lists all 30+ line items inside these groups.
Pick by goal: a quick version
Short answer: decide which of four goals matters most for the next six months, then start with the two or three services listed against it.
| Your goal | Start with | Add next | Usually skip for now |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calls this month | Business Profile clean-up, Local Services Ads, call tracking | Search ads for no-heat and no-cool terms | Long-form content, video |
| Cheaper leads next year | Service pages, local SEO, review flow | Buyer-guide content | Broad Meta campaigns |
| Fuller shoulder seasons | Maintenance-plan launch, tune-up campaigns | Reactivation of past customers | New-customer ads in peak weeks |
| More replacements | Aging-equipment campaigns, rebate pages | Financing messaging, quote follow-up | Cheap repair-lead campaigns |
The full decision process, with budget maths and the order of operations, is in our guide on picking HVAC marketing services by goal.
A worked example you can check
Short answer: compare every service on cost per booked job, not cost per lead. A cheap lead that never books is the most expensive lead you'll buy.
Say your average booked job is worth $900 in gross margin and you spend $3,000 a month on one channel. If it produces 60 calls and your team books 25 of them, each booked job cost $120, and that channel returns roughly $22,500 in margin for $3,000. If a second channel produces 90 calls but only 15 book, each booked job cost $200 even though its cost per call looked better. Without call tracking you'd never see the difference, which is why it sits near the top of almost every shortlist we write.
Proof from our HVAC work
Short answer: our results come from real HVAC companies, and we always name them. HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI, BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days, and CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth. GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat, holds a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews. The results page explains what each one shows and what carries over to your business.
Who runs this menu
Short answer: a senior strategist, not a call centre. HVACMarketingServices.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. Ali has 17+ years in digital marketing and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. Our plans and prices follow HVAC.Agency, the Sedighi.ca brand at hvac.agency, so you're buying from a group that has done this work for years.
We serve companies in all ten provinces and three territories, and the areas page explains which services matter most in each region, from rebate-heavy markets in Atlantic Canada to gas-heated Prairie cities where speed and reviews decide the call. Start with the 7-day free trial: no credit card, no lock-in.

Frequently asked questions
What is HVACMarketingServices.ca?
HVACMarketingServices.ca is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for HVAC and heating companies, operated by Sedighi.ca and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We plan and run marketing for contractors, but we aren't one: nobody here installs, repairs or services heating or cooling equipment.
Do I have to buy all 30+ services?
No, and almost nobody should. Most companies need four to eight items at a time. The point of the menu is to show you everything that exists so you can pick the few that serve your goal and skip the rest without guilt.
Which service should I start with if I need calls this month?
Usually a fully built Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads where your trade and area qualify, and call tracking so you can see which calls became jobs. SEO and content matter, but they won't fill next week's schedule.
What does a plan cost?
Our plans begin at $2,998 a month, and a website build begins at $3,500 as a one-time cost. Both are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). The pricing page shows which menu items sit in each plan.
Can I pick à la carte services instead of a plan?
Tell us which items you want and we'll tell you honestly whether they work on their own. Some, like call tracking, stand alone well. Others, like ads without a page built to convert, waste money unless something else on the menu is fixed first.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Nobody can honestly promise rankings or a lead count. We promise clear measurement, so you can see the cost per booked job for each service and decide with real numbers whether to keep paying for it.
